Do you ever feel like deep down you know there’s more to your life, to who you are, but it’s hard sometimes to realize it? Or sometimes fear takes hold so strongly that it feels like an immovable mountain?
Many in this hour have been feeling a sifting and a refining. A re-defining of their identity and who they really want to be.
As I’ve personally felt like it’s been an extended journey through the wilderness, I have begun to see evidence of what this season has allowed to break forth in my life.
When you get to a place where you no longer care what anyone thinks about you-because you’ve been to the bottom and realize there is nothing there to fear-you will realize a new level of freedom you never dreamed was possible.
The enemy wants to keep us entangled and entwined with other’s opinions. It’s a barrier, a fence that holds us in from venturing out too far. When we realize this wall is not even real, new possibilities begin to emerge. No longer are we fixated on other’s thoughts, we are consumed by the thought that our Heavenly Father has already accepted us- and that he knows every step we will take. In fact, he’s known it for a long time.
I don’t know what it is that you’ve been waiting or believing for, but I do know that you can do this. You were designed with exacting precision for an incredible purpose. Take the leap to trust in God’s absolute and unconditional love for you and dare to believe that He has good plans for you.
Dare to believe this is your finest hour.
